The artsparks Project is designed to:

❖ Enhance the capacity of Red Deer artists and arts organizations to connect with and involve adults with developmental disabilities in their world and their activities.

❖ Create new partnerships between the arts community and
agencies that support persons with developmental disabilities.

❖ Enhance the wellness of persons with developmental disabilities through activities that encourage them to be “sparked” by the arts.

❖ Increase the community’s awareness of the artistic talents of
persons with developmental disabilities.
