Rosemary Calverley, left, and Alex Walz can hardly contain themselves as she plays the role of a nurse who is giving a patient (Alex), suffering from a worm bite, a shot of morphine for the pain.

The two were part of a group engaged in a two-part Improv workshop hosted by Artsparks and the Prime Stock Theatre Company in the Snell Auditorium at the Red Deer Public Library this week.

Artsparks is a literary and performing arts program at Red Deer Public Library. It is a way for persons with developmental disabilities and members of the community to be creative and make connections with artists and arts organizations in the city.
