artsparks at the library is a literary and performing arts program at Red Deer Public Library. By offering a wide variety of performing and literary arts programs, artsparks connects people with developmental disabilities to the local performing arts scene. artsparks at the library believe that getting involved with the arts is an important way to experience wellness, and that performing arts is a great way to express yourself.
