Our program will be continuing under a new name.  MAGsparks will start at the Red Deer Museum + Art Gallery on February 17/10.

We will be returning to the newly renovated Museum (MAG) in a wonderful new space called the Discovery Studio.  The only thing you will recognize will be the floor and the location.   

Our winter program will continue with our Open Studio format on MWF afternoons.   A link to a new museum webpage will be coming soon.

Members of MAGsparks pursue a dynamic arts curriculum, working in a variety of art classes and programs where they experience numerous art forms and experiment with different media and techniques.

The Discovery Studio is a place where participants can come and work on their art pieces. Our studio has equipment and materials available for all kinds of art, including drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture. Professional artists are on staff to help with the art materials and ideas.
